Whatever a culture is, it grows.
Every church has a culture. What flavor is yours?
Someone will create the culture of your church.
Teamwork will not grow in a culture of strife, suspicion, and pettiness!
Jesus was a culture creating leader!
Matthew 10:5-14
Some leadership skills He taught us are:
Gather a team around a common cause.
Motivate them with encouragement.
Give them directives to follow.
Send them out on a mission.
Leadership is a strength of mind and a prevailing mood of spirit.
Leadership sets the example
Leadership sets the course
Leadership sets the mood
Leadership sets the vision
People pick up on your spirit and imitate your state of mind!
Joshua told the people exactly what God told him. Joshua 1:6
Fearlessness and courage is a state of being not doing!
God gives us great opportunities to be a leader. Don’t miss them!
When you go through a loss don’t get stuck God is going to expand you when you come out.
Jesus transferred a life changing mindset to all he came in contact with.

Discipline of Obedience
Discipline of Celebration
