Growth = Increase in Size
Your assignment should be increasing and growing under your management!
Sometimes we justify our small growth or no growth.
Heaven grows when churches grow!
Growth means faith and development.
Growth guarantees maturity.
Have you ever met someone older who still thinks young?Growth means expansion, fruitful, to multiply, build up, and improve!
Growth brings increase and guaranteed advancement in the kingdom.

1. We were created to grow and desire growth!
Family, Faith, knowledge, and influence.
Part of our DNA is growth. Genesis 1:28
Be fruitful and multiply.
When God commands you to do something, He empowers you to do it. We can grow!
"I command you to advance and grow."
❖ God doesn’t command you to do something He doesn’t empower you to do.
❖ God is not teasing you He is empowering you
Multiply = to be large, to grow, increase, and to become many.
Fruitful = grow, increase, show increase, and branch off.
You start a business not to shut it down or get married to get a divorce.
If you're not a good follower you can't be a great leader.
❖ If you are here and won’t serve you won’t grow.
❖ You can’t grow without taking on more responsibility.
2. Everything that is healthy grows God created you to flourish. Psalms 92
3. Everything that is not healthy does not grow.
Look for opportunities to grow personally and to advance your call and cause.
