Leadership is the art of the future! The future needs ears even more than eyes.

Leaders are neither born or made, they are summoned!

Everyone is CALLED by God for some kind of mission!

But sometimes the CALLED are “CALLED OUT” for LEADERSHIP!

How you manifest your calling/mission will change throughout the course of your life.

1. “Power of One”/“Power of Voice”

• To leverage the power, you must find your “Power of Voice.”

• Samuel became a great leader but his mentor’s eyes were weak.

• But Eli knew a summons when he said it!

• Samuel found his voice! Learn how to control the voice you project!

• The key to the “Power of One” however is 2.

• The Power of One is nothing without another!

• “I hear you” is a great response. It resonates with care.

2. Missions

• When it comes to missions bigger than ourselves there are plenty to establish a cause with (David & Goliath.)

• If you're alive your mission on earth is unfinished!

• Everyone is searching for a higher purpose.

• Mission & truth revealed gets people motivated.

• A leader helps people move from living their lives to singing their lives!

• “ANCORA IMPARO” = Italian, yet I am learning

3. Changemakers

• The focus is Jesus

• The message is the Gospel

• The task is changemakers

4. Calling

• Are you simply living as one who is SAVED or have you taken up the challenge to live as one who is CALLED.

• Between your salvation & God's Grace (His favor, blessing, & filling) is your CALLING & PURPOSE!

SAVED GRACED CALLED PURPOSED

This is a Holy Calling

Simply put, everyday, every conversation, every situation, every endeavor, your career, finances, relationships, each expression of your gifts, & talents is an opportunity to live out your Holy Calling.

“For God saved us and called us to live a holy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was His plan from before the beginning of time-to show us His grace through Christ Jesus.” 2 Timothy 1:9 (NLT)

“who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began” 2 Timothy 1:9 (NKJV)

Vision & Giftings should flow out of your unfolding revelation of Jesus & His Cause.
