We want to:

Live Better!

Think Better!

Heal Better!


10 Second Rule

What is it? the time frame that we have between an incoming signal to our brain and the reactional response to it!


Bringing thoughts into captivity to the obedience of Christ.


16 minute time period each day!

  1. Clean up your thought life by changing your focus. (Detox your mind)

  2. Think right thoughts, scriptures, etc.

  3. Maybe - write it down - force your brain to go where you want it to go.

  4. God guides us by his word (Right Believing).

  5. Block the toxic, build your brain.

Identify Toxic Thoughts

Identify Toxic Relationships

Identify Toxic Emotions


6. Develop and do this daily 7-16 minutes.
